In the presence of immediate relatives only Miss Eunice Pluedeman and Mr. William J. Metcher were united August 30, at seven o’clock. The ceremony was performed by Rev. M. Leimer, of Wisner, Neb., and took place at the home of the brides’s parents Mr. and Mrs. G. C. Pluedemann.

The bride wore a gown of bridal satin, veiled with Spanish lace and ornamented with pearls. She carried a bouquet of pink and white bridal roses. Her attendant, Mrs. Leimer, a sister of the bride, wore a dress of messaline and princess lace, her wedding gown two years ago. Rev. A Fenner attended the groom.

Following the ceremony refreshments were served, the bride sharing the wedding cake with her mother, who was a bride twenty-five years ago and in honor of whose silver wedding anniversary the day had been chosen.

The young couple will make their home in Mitchell.
